Scott Robertson
Scott began diving at the tender age of 6, right here at Whitehorse Diving Club. He claims Doug Walton, founder and Head Coach of Whitehorse Diving Club until his death in 2009, as the biggest influence in his life, stating that Doug taught him not only diving skills from the beginning for much of his career, but sportsmanship, leadership, maturity, passion and commitment.
Scott burst onto the International Diving Scene at age 18 with an astounding performance in the 2006 Youth Olympic Festival. He has remained one of Australia's top divers and, indeed, one of the top 15 divers in the world for the past 6 years. Scott currently trains with NSWIS (New South Wales Institute of Sport) in Sydney and is an exemplary ambassador for diving.
